Take Time

Written by Julie

Take time to smell flowers,
Take time to hear the breeze,
Take time to watch the birds
That fly across the seas.

Find joy in simple things–
Oh, let your heart rejoice!
Nature worships the One
Who did give them their voice.

The gurgle of water,
The whisper of leaves…
As we raise our voices,
Let us fall to our knees.

Dark clouds and the sunset,
The birds in the blue sky–
All of this prompts me to
Sing to the Lord Most High!

So, find joy in small things.
Oh, let your heart rejoice!
Nature worships the One
Who did give them their voice.
